Who can buy from HiDX?
HiDX supplies trade only. Optical retailers and industrial safety distributors apply for a trade account to see pricing and place orders. HiDX does not sell direct to the public.
How do I see prices?
Apply as a retailer or distributor. Once approved and signed in, you see the suggested retail price (MSRP) of every frame. Wholesale prices are quoted for each order: request a quote from any product page or the bulk order screen.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order on HiDX frames or accessories.
Which currencies do you trade in?
Orders are processed in US and Canadian dollars. Your account is set up in one currency, and prices are shown in it.
Are HiDX frames ANSI Z87.1 compliant?
Every frame in the range is built to ANSI Z87.1. Certification documents and declarations of conformity are shared on request: request them here.
Do frames come with lenses?
Frames ship unglazed unless agreed otherwise. Confirm prescription requirements and any certification marking with your laboratory before glazing.
Can HiDX frames be glazed to prescription?
Yes. The range is designed around prescription glazing. Where a frame is glazed to prescription, the finished protector must be certified as an assembly.
How do I order a specific colour and size?
Order by model and colourway reference, for example A001 C.2. Where a model comes in two sizes, specify M or S for A006, or S or L for the Executive Series.
What warranty do frames carry?
Every frame carries an official one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, handled through your trade account.
What are your lead times?
Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern on a business day ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
Who pays duties on orders to the United States?
HiDX pays customs duties and brokerage fees on orders shipped to the United States.
Do you sell cases and replacement parts?
Hard zipper and hard foldable cases are available, and replacement nose pads are available for the A006 in sizes M and S.
Can I get a counter display?
The branded counter display is available to stocking retailers. Specify it with your opening order.
Where can I find documents for a tender?
Certification documents are not published as downloads. Request them with your business details and the team will be in touch before you specify or tender.
