Shipping policy

Where we ship

HiDX Safety Eyewear supplies approved trade accounts in the United States and Canada. Orders ship from Montreal, Quebec.

Freight

Freight is quoted per order. The amount is confirmed before the order ships.

Processing and delivery times

Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern on a business day ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination; tracking details are emailed when the order ships.

Carriers

We choose the carrier for each order.

Cross-border orders

On orders to the United States, HiDX pays customs duties and brokerage fees.

Damaged or missing items

HiDX bears the risk of loss or damage in transit until delivery. Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report damage, shortages or wrong items within 14 days of delivery to sales@hidxsafety.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
